Marka Takip Sistemi
A SaaS platform that scans official trademark bulletins the moment they are published, catches new applications that resemble registered marks and alerts the owner. I built it full-stack with Next.js and React.

Context
The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) publishes new trademark applications in official bulletins. To object to an application that resembles their mark, owners first have to notice it, but reading every bulletin by hand takes a lot of time, and a missed application can mean a missed chance to object. Marka Takip Sistemi (MTS) automates that watch: it monitors the bulletins around the clock, surfaces risky applications and turns the objection process into a single step.
What I built
Bulletin scanning
The platform scans TÜRKPATENT bulletins automatically as soon as they come out. AI compares each new application with the customer's registered marks for spelling, sound and industry similarity, and the risky ones land in the customer's dashboard.
Alerts and objections
When a critical application turns up, the customer gets an SMS and an email, with a detailed risk report and an objection petition attached as PDFs. The customer approves the objection with one click in the dashboard, and the platform's experts start the official process with a petition prepared in TÜRKPATENT format.
Subscriptions
MTS runs on subscriptions: two plans split by the number of marks watched and the alert channels, and a custom-priced plan for companies and law firms with unlimited marks, multi-user team management and API access. A one-month free trial starts with SMS verification and needs no credit card. I handled the full-stack development, from the marketing site through sign-up and login to the customer dashboard.
